1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within a maximum of 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) following your order confirmation.
Please note that during peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions…), processing may require additional time. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these exceptional circumstances.

2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time

We offer only one delivery method, entirely free of charge, with no minimum purchase required.

Mainland France:

3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently impose no shipping restrictions . All served areas are eligible for free delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your delivery status via the carrier’s website.

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is lost during transit, contact us immediately.
We will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.

6. Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties or import fees may apply according to the regulations of the destination country.
Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price.
