Return and Refund Policy

At SVELORA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days after receipt to return the product.

  • Product Condition: The product must be in perfect condition, with all its parts, accessories, and original packaging.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact us by email at svelora.fr@gmail.com with:

      • The detailed reason for the return

      • Photos or a video if necessary

    2. You will receive a return authorization number and the address of our warehouse.

    3. Use a tracked courier service; we are not responsible for lost packages.

Information regarding returns:

  1. Returns are at the customer's expense

  2. No restocking fees are charged to the customer

  3. The return address will be provided upon the customer's request.

Refund:

  • After receipt and inspection of the product, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

  • You will receive a refund confirmation by email.

Exceptions: Customized, health-related, or perishable products are non-refundable.
